I sometimes call this your psycho-spiritual health—the sum total of our minds and spirits.

A Write Mind™ is a therapeutic process, which means we will do this deep work through a series of sessions. Everyone has their own path and their own journey. Together we’ll externalize and excavate the parts of you that may be asking to be attended to. So many of us find ourselves sacrificing mental health in an effort to “keep up” in today’s world. Therapy is a way to give back to yourself, to rededicate time and resources to the parts of yourself that are most important.

Working with Children and Teens

Today’s world is not easy for young people. The amount of information they have access to is overwhelming, and the speed and intensity of a high tech, high volume world can overwhelm their systems even as they are developing. Establishing a healthy sense of self during this essential developmental time is foundational to moving into the next phase of their lives. 

A Write Mind™ methodology gives children the ability to release some of the stress and tension they are carrying and to develop healthy coping skills and tools. Together with Andrea, they will co-create a personalized framework for your child to help them to know themselves, to trust themselves, and to be able to navigate the complexity of the world with an inner sanctuary that is always available to them.
